How is shipping calculated?

The cost for shipping is calculated based on your ZIP code and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order. You could also provide your shipping account number, and we will ship your order using your account. Please enter your account number into the Order Notes at the checkout. The shipping change paid will then be refunded.

What’s Next?

Once the order is placed – our design team will connect with you within 24 hours in order to provide the digital proof of tattoos. Once approved – the order will proceed to the printing queue and will be ready on the next available shipping date.
We’ll send a Shipment Notification email with tracking information when the items ship from our warehouse in Los Angeles, CA, USA. Delivery will take 2 to 5 business days, depending on the shipping method that was chosen at the time the order was placed.

Which carrier do you ship with?

All orders are shipped via Fedex in order to assure safe and timely delivery. Standard or Express Shipping is available. Please be advised that we are unable to ship to PO boxes. Please note that we are not responsible for shipping delays, loss of goods or Customs clearance delays.

International orders?

Absolutely! Please note that international delivery may be delayed by Customs for 1-2 business days, depending on how strict the Customs agents are feeling at that particular moment. An Important note, any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of you, the recipient, and are payable upon receipt of the goods. However, we recommend to declare the shipment value less than 100 USD in order to avoid any Customs duties or fees.

Can I ship parts of my order to different addresses?

Unfortunately, we do not offer this option. You will need to place separate orders if you wish to ship items to multiple addresses.

How do I track my order?

Once the order is placed, you’ll receive an email from us notifying you of its status. Shipment confirmation email will include the link to track the shipment. You may also log into My Account to see your order history and tracking information for each order.
